So you've navigated around the site and you've got a burning ambition to learn henna tattooing the professional way. If you want to learn for setting up a business, or add to an existing business (hairdressing salon, nail salon or shop) or for fun or for being the in mum at parties, here is what you can learn.

Most of the people who come for training are artistic already, can copy draw and replicating or creating designs from memory or imagination is not a problem. However don't panic if God missed out on giving you the artistic gene. In my training course I will take you as far as you are artistically able, then show you the tracing paper stencil method and by purchasing our bespoke stencils from the online shop..

The course is a one day intensive in Finchley Central in North London. If you are travelling by Tube we are on the Northern Line. If you are coming by train I am more than happy to collect you from a main line train station and drop you back once the course has finished.

If travelling is difficult for you and you wish to be trained in the comfort of your own home this is no problem, as long as you cover the petrol fee.

There are no structured timings or dates for the course. The course is run to suit you, weekday or weekend depending upon your timetable and mine. The course is very flexible and is based around your needs and abilities on the day. If you wish to stop early or continue well into the evening this is fine. The course is built to help you learn all the professional skills in one day only.

You will cover in the course some background history of henna, the industry, PPD and warnings, mixing of henna powder (if requested), making of cones and henna application. Application starts off the easy way on paper (non-living, non-breathing) so please make sure if I am coming to you that you have a stock of paper to practice on and also once I've left!

The course costs £325 + VAT either payable by cheque in advance or cash on the day. You will be presented an invoice on the day of the course.

Whether you attend our training course or not we offer you the ultimate informative training manual for you to refer to as you learn the art of henna tattooing.

Included with the cost of the training course is the training manual. Alternatively you can purchase the training manual and video and a box of henna paste and learn the skills yourself at home.

The training manual covers the history, uses of, magic of and qualities of henna. Other chapters cover mixing henna powder, making cones, using henna tubes and applicators, drawing practices, making your own stencils, henna on various parts of the body, how to look after your tattoos, and tips and pitfalls.

Training manuals cost £12 + VAT + £4 P & P. Training manuals are available from the shop.
